The number of children increased to 307 with 156 boys and 151 girls. This was the first time that the number of boys and girls was almost equal. 87 children appeared for the grade V examination and 78 per cent passed with over 60 per cent marks.

The support from the Social Initiatives Group of ICICI bank gave the school financial stability. We began to feel the need to expand and stabilise the school building.

We applied to the Jaipur Development Authority again for allotment of the land but to no avail.
