The Quality Education Programme Baran is a joint initiative of Rajasthan Government, Digantar, Vidya Bhawan Society, and Social Initiative Group of ICICI Bank to support the efforts being made for the universalisation of elementary education in Baran district through Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan. The programme will support trainings and provide academic support through DIET and SSA to schools, work intensively with one Block Resource centre and in 71 selected schools called the Pace Setter Schools in four clusters (Dada, Arnod, Samrania and Granesh Pura) in Atru and Shahbad block. Indirectly all the government schools will be supported through teachers training and by providing academic support at BRC (Block Resource Centre) and CRCs (Cluster Resource Centers).
